The failure of the personal representative who has limited authority or full authority to comply with subsection 1 of NRS 143.700 and with NRS 143.705, 143.725, 143.730 and 143.745, and the taking of the action by the personal representative without such compliance, does not affect the validity of the action so taken or the title to any property conveyed or transferred to bona fide purchasers or the rights of third persons who, dealing in good faith with the personal representative, changed their position in reliance upon the action, conveyance or transfer without actual notice of the failure of the personal representative to comply with those provisions. 2. A person dealing with the personal representative does not have any duty to inquire or investigate whether the personal representative has complied with the provisions listed in subsection 1.
