Statute 147 020

If a personal representative dies, resigns or is removed after the expiration of the time for the publication or mailing of notice to creditors, the successor need not give any further notice to creditors. [Part 119:107:1941; A 1951, 464]—(NRS A 1987, 782; 1999, 2308)
