Statute 147 160

1. A personal representative who, or a court which, acts upon a filed claim shall endorse on the claim the amount offered to be allowed. 2. If the creditor refuses to accept the amount offered to be allowed in satisfaction of the claim, the creditor shall recover no costs in any action brought on the claim against the personal representative unless the creditor recovers a greater amount than that offered to be allowed.
