At the time appointed, the court, upon proof that due notice of the hearing has been given, shall proceed to hear the petition and any objection thereto that may have been filed or presented, and if, after a hearing, the court is satisfied that it will be to the advantage of the estate to enter into the proposed agreement, it shall enter an order directing the personal representative to enter into the agreement of sale or to give the option to purchase. 2. The order may prescribe the terms and conditions of the agreement or option. 3.
