If it appears advantageous to the estate to exchange any property of the estate for other property, the court may authorize the exchange, upon petition of the personal representative or of an interested person. The clerk shall set the petition for hearing, and the petitioner shall give notice of the hearing for the period and in the manner required by NRS 155.010. (Added to NRS by 1999, 2315)
