1. If an order is entered by the court for the payment of creditors, the personal representative is personally liable to each creditor for the amount of his or her claim, or the dividends thereon, and execution may be issued upon the order as upon a judgment in any other action, in favor of each creditor, and the same proceedings may be had under the execution as if it had been issued upon a judgment. 2.
