The person to whom the title passes must pay the cost of advertising and the petition fee. When the title passes to a person other than the person who made the petition, the original petitioner must be reimbursed all moneys deposited by him or her. [5:55:1941; 1931 NCL § 7530.05]—(NRS A 1999, 2358)
