Statute 155 220

If an order appointing a personal representative is reversed on appeal, all lawful acts in administration of the estate performed by the personal representative are as valid as if the order had been affirmed. [Part 296:107:1941; 1931 NCL § 9882.296]—(NRS A 1999, 2365)
