Statute 156 100

If the missing person returns, the court, upon application of such person, or upon its own motion, shall require the trustee to render and file a verified account of the administration of the trust. The provisions of this title relating to accounting by executors and administrators of estates of deceased persons shall apply to such accounting. (Added to NRS by 1959, 506)
