Statute 159 014

'Care provider' includes any public or private institution located within or outside this state which provides facilities for the care or maintenance of persons who are incapacitated or persons of limited capacity. (Added to NRS by 1969, 412; A 1981, 1933; 2003, 1771; 2017, 867, 3901)
