Statute 159 184

If a protected person resides with a care provider that is an institution or facility, the care provider shall furnish to the guardian an itemized accounting of all financial activity pertaining to the protected person: 1. On a quarterly basis; and 2. At any other time, upon the request of the guardian. (Added to NRS by 2009, 1640)
