1. A copy of the order appointing the guardian must be served personally or by mail upon the protected minor not later than 5 days after the date of the appointment of the guardian. 2. The order must contain the names, addresses and telephone numbers of the guardian, the protected minor’s attorney, if any, and the investigator. 3. A notice of entry of the order must be filed with the court. (Added to NRS by 2017, 832)
