The notice must: (a) Give the name of the protected minor. (b) Give the name of the petitioner. (c) Give the date, time and place of the hearing. (d) State the nature of the petition. (e) Refer to the petition for further particulars, and notify all persons interested to appear at the time and place mentioned in the notice and show cause why the court order should not be made.
