Statute 159a 1663

1. If the purchaser or option holder neglects or refuses to comply with the terms of the agreement approved by the court pursuant to NRS 159A.1657, the guardian may petition the court to cancel the agreement. The court shall cancel the agreement after notice is given to the purchaser or option holder. 2. The cancellation of an agreement pursuant to this section does not affect any liability created by the agreement. (Added to NRS by 2017, 853)
