Statute 159a 2027

1. Upon registration of a guardianship, the guardian may exercise in this State all powers authorized in the order of appointment except as prohibited under the laws of this State, including maintaining actions and proceedings in this State. 2. A court of this State may grant any relief available under any law of this State to enforce a registered order. 3. A court of this State shall recognize and enforce, but shall not modify, a registered guardianship of a court of another state. (Added to NRS by 2021, 201)
