Statute 167 095

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor’s estate upon the earlier of: 1. The minor’s attainment of 18 years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under NRS 167.023, 167.025, 167.027 or 167.029, or the age provided for under NRS 167.034, whichever is later; or 2.
