As used in NRS 171.101 to 171.122, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, 'no-knock warrant' means a warrant for the arrest of a defendant which authorizes a peace officer to enter a premises without first: 1. Knocking on the door or ringing the doorbell and identifying the presence of the peace officer; or 2.
