Statute 176a 220

1. The court shall, upon the entering of an order of probation or suspension of sentence, as provided for in this chapter, direct the clerk of the court to deliver a copy of the records in the case to the Chief Parole and Probation Officer. 2. At the court’s discretion, the court may direct the clerk of the court to deliver the copy of the records in the case in writing, by electronic means or by providing the Chief Parole and Probation Officer access to the electronic systems necessary to retrieve the records.
