1. 'Law enforcement official' means: (a) Any person employed by a law enforcement agency; or (b) Any person employed by a public school, private school or institution of higher education whose primary duty is to enforce the law. 2. For purposes of this section: (a) 'Institution of higher education' has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 179D.045. (b) 'Private school' means a nonprofit private elementary or secondary educational institution that is licensed in this State. (c) 'Public school' has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 388.127.
