Substantial compliance with any statutory requirement as to content, or in the absence of any such requirement, language which reasonably informs the defendant or other person to whom such paper is directed of its nature, is sufficient. 2. The use of one of the forms set out in NRS 179.320 to 179.400, inclusive, modified as may be necessary to fit the case, is prima facie sufficient for their respective purposes.
