1. 'Sex offender' means a person who, after July 1, 1956, is or has been convicted of a sexual offense listed in NRS 179D.097. 2. The term includes, without limitation, a sex offender who is a student or worker within this State but who is not otherwise deemed a resident offender pursuant to subsection 2 or 3 of NRS 179D.460.
