Statute 179d 170

Upon receiving from a local law enforcement agency, pursuant to NRS 179D.010 to 179D.550, inclusive: 1. A record of registration; 2. Fingerprints, palm prints or a photograph of an offender or sex offender; 3. A new address of an offender or sex offender; or 4. Any other updated information, the Central Repository shall immediately provide the record of registration, fingerprints, palm prints, photograph, new address or updated information to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
