The Central Repository shall, in accordance with the requirements of this section, share information concerning sex offenders and offenders convicted of a crime against a child with: (a) The Nevada Gaming Control Board to carry out the provisions of NRS 463.335 pertaining to the registration of a gaming employee who is a sex offender or an offender convicted of a crime against a child. The Central Repository shall, at least once each calendar month, provide the Nevada Gaming Control Board with the name and other identifying information of each offender who is not in compliance with the provisions of this chapter, in the manner and form agreed upon by the Central Repository and the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
