Statute 180 420

1. In addition to the Executive Director, the Department must include not fewer than two deputy directors selected by the Executive Director who serve at the pleasure of the Executive Director. 2. The deputy directors: (a) Must be attorneys licensed to practice law in the State of Nevada; (b) Are in the unclassified service of this State; and (c) Shall devote their entire time to their duties and shall not engage in any other gainful employment or occupation.
