'Clerk of the court' means: 1. In a county where the district court in and for that county has not appointed a clerk, the county clerk when acting as ex officio clerk of the district court. 2. In a county where the district court in and for that county has appointed a clerk, the clerk of the district court. (Added to NRS by 2015, 2556)
