1. The Board shall establish a fund known as the Judicial Retirement Administrative Fund in which must be deposited all administrative fees. 2. The Board shall fix an administrative fee per capita sufficient to pay the expense of operating the Judicial Retirement System. (Added to NRS by 2001 Special Session, 70)
