'Child' means an unmarried person under 18 years of age who is the issue or legally adopted child of a deceased member of the Judicial Retirement Plan. As used in this section, 'issue' means the progeny or biological offspring of the deceased member. (Added to NRS by 2001 Special Session, 83)
