Statute 2 083

The provisions of NRS 2.060 to 2.083, inclusive: 1. Apply only to a justice of the Supreme Court or a surviving spouse or surviving child of a justice of the Supreme Court who served as a justice of the Supreme Court or district judge before November 5, 2002; 2. Are administered by the Public Employees’ Retirement Board pursuant to NRS 1A.100; and 3. Are part of the Judicial Retirement System established pursuant to NRS 1A.100.
