1. Funds for operation and maintenance of the Supreme Court Law Library must be provided by legislative appropriation from the General Fund in the State Treasury as a budgeted part of the appropriation for the support of the Supreme Court, and must be paid out on claims as other claims against the State are paid. 2. All unappropriated funds received by the Supreme Court Law Library shall be deposited in the Supreme Court Law Library’s Account and must be used for law library purposes.
