1. A person shall not sell, offer for sale or otherwise distribute or purchase, possess or use powdered alcohol. 2. A person who violates the provisions of subsection 1 is guilty of a misdemeanor. 3. As used in this section, 'powdered alcohol' means any powdered or crystalline substance containing any amount of alcohol that is used for direct consumption or for reconstitution.
