Statute 205 335

1. The debtor in possession of goods subject to a security interest shall not sell or dispose of any such property, or remove the same from the county wherein the goods are located at the time the security agreement thereupon is executed, during the time the security agreement is in force, without the written consent of the secured party first had and obtained. 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of subsection 1, with intent to hinder, delay or defraud the secured party, shall be deemed guilty of a gross misdemeanor.
