As used in NRS 207.163: 1. 'Emergency call' means a situation in which property or human life is in jeopardy and the prompt summoning of aid is essential. 2. 'Public telephone' means a telephone which is made available to the public upon the deposit of a coin, currency or other monetary instrument or through the use of a calling card, credit card or debit card.
