A person shall not: (a) Jump or otherwise remove himself or herself, by parachute or by other airborne means, from a fixed structure owned by another person or any fixture or appurtenance attached thereto; or (b) Knowingly and intentionally deliver or retrieve another person who intends to commit, is committing or has committed an act specified in paragraph (a). 2. A person who violates any provision of subsection 1: (a) Shall be deemed to be a trespasser for the purposes of NRS 41.515. (b) Is guilty of a category E felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130. 3. This section does not apply to: (a) An emergency involving public safety or damage to property, loss of life or injury to any person; or (b) An act committed pursuant to the terms and conditions of a lawfully issued permit.
