Statute 209 181

1. If the Director finds that it is necessary or desirable that any officer or employee reside at an institution or facility, perquisites granted to the officer or employee or charges for services rendered to the officer or employee are at the discretion of the Board. 2. The Director shall notify the Legislature at each regular session of the existing charges and perquisites. (Added to NRS by 1977, 847; A 1983, 721)
