The Department shall collect and submit to the Central Repository for Nevada Records of Criminal History: 1. A record of: (a) The name and fingerprints of each offender serving a term of imprisonment in an institution or facility of the Department; (b) The length of the term of imprisonment of the offender, including, without limitation, the number of days served during a period of pretrial detention, if any; and (c) The date of admission of the offender; and 2.
