'Program of aftercare' means a program that is established pursuant to NRS 209.4238 to provide continuing treatment to those offenders who successfully complete treatment in a program of treatment for offenders with substance use or co-occurring disorders. (Added to NRS by 1997, 2652; A 2021, 208)
