1. The Board may establish and maintain a list of persons eligible to serve as case hearing representatives in the manner provided by NRS 213.133. 2. Each member on the list of persons eligible to serve as a case hearing representative must have at least: (a) A bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, law enforcement, sociology, psychology, social work, law or the administration of correctional or rehabilitative facilities and programs and not less than 3 years of experience in one or several of those fields; or (b) Six years of experience in one or several of the fields specified in paragraph (a). 3. The Chair of the Board may, as the necessities of the caseload demand, designate a person from the list to serve as a case hearing representative in the manner provided by NRS 213.133.
