The Director may immediately terminate any offender’s enrollment in the program and transfer the offender to an institution of the Department if, in the Director’s judgment, the best interests of the State or the offender require such action. 2. If an offender enrolled in the program is absent from his or her place of employment without a reason acceptable to the Director, the offender’s absence: (a) Immediately terminates his or her enrollment in the program.
