As used in NRS 213.371 to 213.410, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. 'Division' means the Division of Parole and Probation of the Department of Public Safety. 2. 'Offender' means a prisoner assigned to the custody of the Division pursuant to NRS 209.392, 209.3923, 209.3925 or 209.429. 3. 'Residential confinement' means the confinement of an offender to his or her place of residence under the terms and conditions established by the Division.
