1. If the Director determines that a parolee has violated a term or condition of his or her participation in the correctional program or a term or condition of his or her parole, the Director shall report the violation to the Board. 2. If a violation of a term or condition of parole is reported to the Board pursuant to this section, the Board shall proceed in the manner provided in this chapter for any other violation of a term or condition of parole.
