Statute 217 140

1. The hearing officer may, as part of any order entered pursuant to the provisions of NRS 217.010 to 217.270, inclusive, allow reasonable attorney’s fees, but these fees may not exceed 10 percent of the award. 2. It is unlawful for any attorney to ask for, contract for or receive any larger sum than the amount so allowed. (Added to NRS by 1969, 1152; A 1975, 1293; 1981, 1669)
