The board of county commissioners of each county shall provide by ordinance for the counseling and medical treatment of victims of sexual assault in accordance with the provisions of NRS 217.280 to 217.350, inclusive. (Added to NRS by 1975, 1291; A 1977, 1633; 1979, 586)
