No order for treatment pursuant to NRS 217.310 and 217.320 may be made by the board of county commissioners unless: 1. The application for treatment is made within 60 days after the date of the sexual assault; or 2. The sexual assault was reported to the police within 3 days after its occurrence, or if the offense could not reasonably have been reported within that period, within 3 days after the time when a report could reasonably have been made.
