'Special session' means a special session of the Legislature convened by: 1. The members of the Legislature pursuant to Section 2A of Article 4 of the Nevada Constitution; or 2. The Governor pursuant to Section 9 of Article 5 of the Nevada Constitution. (Added to NRS by 2011, 3163; A 2013, 3738)
