Statute 218a 540

1. The number of officers and employees of the Assembly must be determined by each regular and special session of the Assembly as recommended by the Assembly committee which has jurisdiction of issues relating to legislative functions. 2. The committee shall recommend by resolution the appointment of all Assembly employees authorized by law other than the Chief Clerk of the Assembly.
