Statute 218a 825

1. A person who, without legal authority, willfully does any of the following acts, alone or in concert with another, interferes with the legislative process: (a) Prevents or attempts to prevent the use of any authorized remote-technology systems for a committee meeting. (b) Disturbs, disrupts, obstructs, tampers or interferes with, or attempts to disturb, disrupt, obstruct, tamper or interfere with, the use of any authorized remote-technology systems for a committee meeting. 2. A person who interferes with the legislative process in violation of any provision of this section is subject to the remedies and penalties for interference with the legislative process provided by NRS 218A.900 to 218A.940, inclusive.
