Statute 218c 160

1. The Board shall establish a fund known as the Legislators’ Retirement Administrative Fund in which must be deposited all administrative fees. 2. The Board shall fix an administrative fee per capita sufficient to pay the expense of operating the Legislators’ Retirement System. (Added to NRS by 1991, 2370)
