1. The Director shall develop recommendations for the: (a) Elimination of any requirements to submit obsolete or redundant reports to the Legislature; and (b) Revision of any requirements for reporting to reduce the frequency or to change the due dates, or any other revision of the requirements deemed appropriate by the Director. 2.
