1. The name of the agency preparing the fiscal note must appear on the fiscal note with the name of the official of the agency who is primarily responsible for preparing the fiscal note. 2. The Director of the Office of Finance shall review the fiscal notes prepared by the agencies before such fiscal notes are returned to the Legislature. If the Director of the Office of Finance disagrees with a fiscal note prepared by the agency, he or she may submit a supplementary fiscal note for the bill or joint resolution.
