Statute 218d 470

1. The fiscal note must be factual and concise in nature, and must provide a reliable estimate of the dollar amount of effect the bill or joint resolution will have. 2. If the agency or local government concludes that no dollar amount can be estimated, the fiscal note must so state with reasons for such a conclusion.
